Oral presentations should be in English.
Posters must fit onto a display area of 100 X 100 cm. Panels should be pre-prepared so that they can be attached by tacks to the poster boards. Authors are requested to use bold lettering that can be read from a distance of 1.5 meters.
The written materials for the proceedings volume will be published in English. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the session chairperson and at least 1 other reviewer.
Papers for publication in the Symposium Proceedings should not exceed 10 typed –written pages, including references. The volume of one typewritten page is 48 lines with 65 symbols. Formatting should be done to fit a 21/30 cm sheet of paper. Authors should send a copy of their paper by e-mail in “Word for Windows”. The report will not be submitted to editing and correcting proof sheets. They will be printed in the same way as they have been presented by the authors. The volume of the proceedings will be given free of charge to authors participating in the Congresses.
ABSTRACTS: Participants wishing to present a paper are kindly requested to submit an abstract no later than July 15, 2016. Any request for oral or poster presentations not accompanied by an English abstract will not be considered.
